Can Gigabyte Z490 Aorus Elite AC motherboards be equipped with dual-sided RAM?

Is it possible to install dual -sided RAM in the Gigabyte Z490 Aorus Elite AC motherboard (For example: HyperX Fury 2x16GB DDR4 PC4-25600 HX432C16FB3K2/32).

I'm looking at the specs and can't figure it out for sure.

What is the difference between single sided and double sided? And is there any point in worrying about it?

Can.
It's even on the Qualified Vendors List (QVL): https://download.gigabyte.com/FileList/Memory/mb_m... (PDF search works. Look for "HX432C16FB3K2/32")

"RAM has two modes: single-channel (Single Mode) and dual-channel (Dual Mode).
In single-channel mode, data is first written to one memory bar, and when its capacity is exhausted, data will be written to the next free module.
In dual-channel mode, data simultaneously on several modules, which significantly increases the speed of memory. The difference in memory speed between dual-channel and single-channel mode is about 30%.For RAM to work in dual-channel mode, the motherboard must support dual-channel mode with
RAM there must be an even number
- memory strips must be either single-sided or double-sided.
If the above conditions were not met, the RAM will only work in single-channel mode. "
Yes, there is no difference, it's just that the volume of each chip on the two-sided side is less than on the single-sided one .

*(- memory sticks must be an even number.
- memory sticks must be either single-sided or double-sided.)
*NO.
This limitation does not exist. Any standardized memory is backwards compatible, an odd number of memory sticks will not deprive you of a dual-channel as well as the number of memory ranks, moreover, ranks allow you to connect 2, 4 or more memory banks to one physical bus, a multiple of its capacity. Due to this, there are 1, 2, 4 or more logical channels on the memory module per 1 physical channel, the number of these logical channels on the module is called ranks. Two or four rank memory is in theory and sometimes in practice faster than single rank, but based on various tests, we know that such memory is more difficult to overclock to frequencies much higher than nominal.
