SoundBlaster Z sound card. When you start Windows, 5.1 sound is always turned on. How can I change the default setting to stereo?

Sound card Creative SoundBlaster Z, firewood PAX. Windows 10 LTSC. The built-in ZK is disabled in the BIOS.
Every time you restart Windows, you have to go into the playback devices and click the "Setup" button to switch from 5.1 to stereo. Can I set it to always be in stereo?
There is no such item in the SBZ control panel, it always just says "Headphones".
