Sound is tortured and muted after exiting blocking mode on Kali Linux. How to cancel?

I decided to try out Kali Linux, but I ran into an "unpleasant feature" - after re-entering the login and password, the sound is tortured and muffled by about 10%. How to solve in Google did not find, on their official forum the question was not missed.

Nuance: I reassigned the default audio port to the black jack (the green jack does not work in the machine used), but this did not cause a problem with either Lubuntu or Windows.
