Sort by repeated cells in Excel?

Good day.
there is an Excel document, the first column contains phone numbers, the second and third columns contain addresses and full names. Actually the question is: how to sort by the most occurring/recurring numbers in descending order?
I am using MS Excel 2007

Make a pivot table by phone number and number of repetitions. It can already do sorting.

If sorting is needed in the original document itself and Konstantin's answer does not suit you personally: you can make an auxiliary column in which the COUNTIFS / COUNTIFS function can calculate how many times the number from the current line occurs in the column. And already by this auxiliary column, you can sort in descending order.
