Sopcast on raspberry Pi b+?

Good day.
There is at the moment rapbury B +, a broom for 1 Ter.
I want to backup HDD + Raspberry to BitTorrent Sync. There are no special questions here.
At the same time, an unnecessary Samsung TV set is lying around, I want to make sopcast broadcasts possible to start up on it. What is the best way to cook raspberry for this? I love to watch football in the evenings :)
