No access to the site from the Internet. What could it be?

I'm trying to access a site from the Internet, but I'm getting the error "Unable to access the site".
The site works on the local network.
Raised a simple site on Raspberry Pi v2 on apache2 and nginx (now lives on the latter).
Port 80 is open, the MikroTik page itself on the network is easily visible on port 80, but when forwarded to the desired address, it gives an error. Forwarding to port 22 works fine.

For the most part, I sin on the web server itself.

UPD: on Mikrotik, the redirect statistics itself jumps, but there is no response

Resetting the device helped.

Since DNAT packets go through Mikrotik "through", IMHO you need an allow rule in FORWARD.
