Sometimes switching layouts by Caps lock does not work?

There is a problem that directly during printing or when switching quickly, the layout switching by Caps lock sometimes does not work (configured by the regular functions of the MacOs mojave system)
Perhaps someone has encountered or can you solve the problem by installing a separate utility?

It's more like that when you speed dial and press the capslock, you don't have time to press the other previously pressed keys, or you have something wrong with the capslock. :)
