When booting up OS X Yosemite, the power-up screen appears, the loading indicator reaches halfway, and the Mac shuts down. Are there any solutions?

As far as I understand, it all depends on the poppy model, the state of the system (clean installation or upgrade to yosemit), inclusion in AD, and others.
In general cases, resetting the SMC helps.

I think the problem with iron, put everything from scratch. And does Yosemite have an installation one? In my opinion, you need an older axis and already to the top (as a system update) you can reach the Sierra, for example.
In general, of course, there are not enough details, but try to run the logs, and make a screen.
