How can I show recent folders in MAC OS Finder?

How can I connect the display of the most recently used folders as in Windows in the left panel? Perhaps there is a plugin or some kind of add-on? A lot of time is wasted finding the same folders. You know that you can drag them there yourself, but how to make them appear on their own?
