How to fix freezes in Photoshop 2018 on Mac OS Catalina?

Good day! Please help me solve the problem. There is a problem with photoshop on a mac. 2015 firmware, 15", 2.2 percent, 16GB of RAM.

The problem is the following, when you open a project in Photoshop, (web site layout) is quite small and not overloaded - lags begin, there is no smoothness in moving around the layout, everything jumps like - then everything is twitchy. As if there is not enough resource. I tried to set the settings in fsh, it helped quite a bit - the friezes remained. I also tried different versions of fsh: 2017, 18.20 - it's the same everywhere. First there was Mojave OS, I thought the problem was in it, updated to Catalina - the problem remained relevant.
Sketch, figma, illustrator work fine, everything is smooth, sharp, no friezes.
What could be?

Try checking the Graphics Acceleration settings in Photoshop.
