Books on operating systems (particularly mac)?

What is unix, what is the difference between unix and linux, how does mac depend on unix, etc. All these questions are unwittingly found on the Internet, from which it becomes completely uncomfortable. It causes particular discomfort when you need to install some kind of library or a complex program in a non-trivial way - through the console. I don’t know these command lines at all and sometimes I suffer a lot from this, because I can’t solve any problem in the proper way, in a fast and understandable way (I have to surf the Internet in search of the necessary information, piece by piece, try, google and again search - all this takes a lot of time)
I realized that I need a fundamental basis - books, courses, tutorials on operational networks. It will be very helpful if my main mac device is affected
