Someone else's favicon is displayed on the site.... How to fix?

Hello! Someone else's favicon is displayed on my site in Google search results ... (about half a year). I can’t understand what could be the reason everything is indicated and spelled out perfectly (in strict accordance with the recommendations of Google itself ....) When I manually check https://www.google.com/s2/favicons?domain=https:// ... everything is displayed normally and my favicon is loading, but for some reason someone else gets into the search results... This is some kind of Game... (Guesses are such that my domain used to have a site on a construction theme and it was cached or something like that And now Google is constantly pulling up the old favicon from the previous domain owner to my site).

PS I wrote to many people, so no one could figure out how to fix this, I will be grateful if you help me win! ;)
Thanks!

I remember you already contacted https://qna.habr.com/q/1062692
What can I say: PS Google is not perfect at all. A year ago, I asked a question on the forum why the line from SC does not leave, that there is a virus on the site. Although it has not been on the site for half a year and the positions have fully recovered. The best answer is "because they are slowpoke". The big problem was with the reviews at GMB during Covid. In your case, Google ran into some kind of wall and does not want to put the correct icon.
Try the following.
1. Remove all references to favicons except 2. Go through all the requirements mentioned in the help:
<link rel="shortcut icon" href="/favicon.ico">

To make it easy for users to find your site in search results, make sure your icon visually represents your brand.

Do you have this hand on the site? I didn't see her. Add it to the site logo in the header and footer.
Search results will not show inappropriate icons, including those of a pornographic or violent nature (such as the swastika). The icon in which we find such content will be replaced with the default one.

Maybe there's something you don't like here? Try changing the icon if it doesn't work at all. This is for emergencies.
3. And most importantly. View all options. What could generate such a favicon? CMS? Hosting? Old owner? Contact your host.
