Someone drives the radio through ordinary sockets 220. How to find and thank a DJ?

1) written in a subject - how to find this DJ in a 9-storey building with 100 apartments for the nightly squeak of a "cool track" from nowhere?
2) Is it really that easy?

And if you close your ears with your hands, can you hear the music too? If yes, then I think it’s better to see a doctor, and if not, then most likely the music sounds from somewhere.

I also had a joke with music.
You lie down on the couch in the room and you start to hear such nasty squeaking sounds as alarm clocks in old electronic wristwatches or game consoles. I thought it was really an alarm clock from one of the neighbors. The sound is high, so the direction from where it comes from is not caught at all. But you get up and the sound disappears... For about two years this happened only in winter, then the battery leaked... the burst pipe was replaced and the music disappeared))

Oh, it happened in one house. On the 9th floor, there is a radio equipment in the room that broadcasts the radio to the city area. And in this room, the radio comes right out of the LIGHT BULB. I even have a video somewhere, I took it.
Find out if you also have such a repeater in your house. It’s easy to find out on the roof - there will be such a rather big stand, to which such old Soviet steel wires come and go.
Do not touch them - there is high voltage. At my house, too, the arrival of the district - 960 volts. Only transformers I had for television, and since. Since no one has been using it for a long time, I cut everything to hell, and cut the wires to neighboring houses.

The maximum that can be driven through sockets is the Internet, and then within a limited space.
Most likely, the neighbors are playing music somewhere and you can hear it.
Sound house in modern houses.
I live on the top floor, a small child runs behind the wall, and the sound comes from above, as if someone lives above me)
Or another oddity, no one lives under me, above me too, my kitchen does not have common walls with neighbors, but it is in the kitchen that I hear the neighbors talking two floors down. And this is not through ventilation, but through a gas pipe))

In ancient times, houses had centralized radio outlets, into which wired radios were plugged.
Perhaps someone decided to revive the old topic - for this he needed a broadcast amplifier, which he plugged into his outlet.
