Neurochips, their implementation on FPGAs and microcontrollers?
I would like to read about neurochips and their implementation, various areas of application.
The goal is to create devices that read brain signals (neural interfaces), do you need an FPGA for this or can you do without MK?

These are two different topics - neuromorphic chips separately, neurointerface separately.
If the first is something closer to the FPGA, then the second is precision amplifiers and ADCs. And only then - in the FPGA.
