Software for the development of digital publications for tablets

And what ready-made solutions do you know so that you can make a digital edition from a PDF file or a magazine layout in Publisher for viewing on Ipad and Android tablets?

As an example, I know issuu.com

Is there anything else? What are the reviews?

Hello. I don't have experience publishing on Android tablets, but I do have some experience with iPada. Our magazine is written for a regular edition in InDesign, the latest version of which (CS 5.5) contains advanced functionality for digital editions: simple links, mails with specified fields or text, animated pictures, the ability to zoom in photos, photo galleries, video files, built-in containers for Content HTML.
Since yesterday, after updating to iOS 5, the program can support Newsstand, a newsstand on the iPad with automatic publishing. The price corresponds to the functionality - in addition to the program fee, the publisher or publisher pays for each publication in the iTunes Store.
Similar functionality and similar prices are offered by Quark Xpress App Studio .
If you limit the functionality and add it to the finished PDFs, then Acrobat Pro will do. Acrobat can: interactive content with clickable pages, links, email links, embedded video or audio files with rudimentary controls. Perhaps there is more.
At the same time, you need to know for which application the magazine is being prepared and what it can do. iBooks can display the so-called enhanced books, that is, publications with additional video and photo material. Among simple PDF readers for iPada, I found only one that can play embedded video files.
