Are there modem differences between iPAD air WiFi + Cellular?

Good day. Guys, I'm new to apple devices, tell me, do they put one radio modem on all models on ipad air wifi + cellular or is it like on iPhones - or cdma, or gsm (3g)? I plan to take it on ebay, I don’t want to make a mistake, but Google didn’t help much in this matter. There is a serial number, if anything (maybe by it you can somehow find out the communication standard with which the device works)

ipad air - omnivorous, works in both gsm and cdma.

In my opinion, you won’t find CDMA at all now, even if you open the official American appstore, then the GSM version of the ipad is sold there. In general, 99% of WIFI+Cellular devices are now GSM
