iPad Air 2 photo stream sync not working?

Hello!
Some kind of incomprehensible story is happening, the new iPad entered all the Apple ID data, the photo stream from the devices was synchronized to the iPad itself, but nothing happens when it comes to synchronizing photos taken on the iPad, they are not in the general photo stream. Firmware iOS 8.3.
If you help me I will be glad, I have already tried everything including resetting the settings.
