Software for remote viewing DVR registrar

At the factory, they bought a left "Chinese" DVR recorder. The office wants a live broadcast ...

Through IE with the installation of activeX, I set it up and everything works, but the applet is just terrible.
I absolutely cannot find universal software that will work on port 9000 or 18004.
The cameras are analog, so you can only access the recorder.
For Iphone it is and it works, but for win32 it is empty

The “Pro surveillance system” (PSS) program was going to ours.
It looks like this (picture from the Internet):

Ports are manually configured as you like:

There is no universal software for Chinese registrars, each manufacturer invents its own file format and image transfer protocol.

I installed video surveillance at work, a registrar from ltv. So, the iVMS 4000 program was included (the Chinese are such Chinese). There is a Russian language (broken and crooked in places), it allows you to watch online, control PTZ, watch the recording and even configure the recorder itself. As I understand it, the program is universal. So try it :)
PS
There are even versions for android, iPhone, wine mobile and even blackberry

It is necessary to find out on what protocol he broadcasts video. This may well turn out to be the url at which the registrar sends mjpeg/mpeg4/h.264. You can use the traffic scanning utilities (Wireshark) or search the web for information about this model.
Once you find the necessary urls, all that remains is to correctly configure the third-party software.
