How to take a screenshot from a surveillance camera?

They installed cameras on the house and gave access, either via netsurveillance or via vMEyeSuper from the phone.
A cursory search in Google did not give an answer on how I can connect to the camera on my own, the only thing I assume is that RTSP is used there.
I tried to connect via VLC at rtsp://login:[email protected]:port/ProtocolFormat/ChannelX/AVStream for verification.
But I didn’t google what parameters are expected for ProtocolFormat ChannelX and AVStream.
I just came up with the idea to indulge, make a crown of screenshots, and then make a time-lapse from them, the day changes there, the trees fall and turn green, all that.
Well, the question itself - how and with what can I connect in order to take such screenshots from the console?

Hello. Most likely, you were given access not to the cameras themselves directly, but to the registrar to which these cameras are connected. First of all, clarify this point. If you, when connecting from a mobile device, enter one authorization and get access to all cameras at once, then most likely it is a registrar. Try to clarify the model of the registrar or cameras (in case you still have access to the cameras directly) and, as already written above, try to find rtsp links for them. In the case of the registrar, it is also necessary to clarify whether it can generally give video streams via the rtsp protocol. If the result is positive and rtsp links work, you can proceed to the next step - choose how to take screenshots from the camera. You can try the demo version of the Line software, in it you can set up a reaction to saving frames at a specified interval. And then,
