How to conduct communications on the facade of the building?

Hello Dear Community!
The task is to organize video surveillance (1 camera) in a country house, the house is made of timber, has a yellow-orange color. Usually, as far as I can see from the surrounding structures in our city, the wire (power + coaxial) is pulled in a gray plastic corrugation and attached to the plane of the facade with clips.
This solution is not aesthetic and spoils the appearance of the facade. How do you get out of this state of affairs?
There was an idea to run the wire through the inside of the room, and make the output to the street at the camera installation site, but this method is very inconvenient.

In wooden houses, wiring is done in a metal hose without installing junction boxes. This is a safety issue, not aesthetics.
Coaxial with a power cable is not pulled in one corrugation. This may cause interference. (floating stripes and ripples).
Gray corrugation is a rare garbage. On the street they pull black corrugation. And indoors - orange (low smoke).
PS Corrugation can be painted.

I would go along the beam with a milling cutter or circular groove of a suitable size (for example, 7 * 15mm) would lay a twisted pair cable (KVK is pretty expensive, and video and power can also be run over twisted pair (through transformers and injectors)), and then I would sew up the groove with in size and, if necessary, tinted glazing bead, better for glue. True, the maintainability is zero, but the aesthetics are -146%. and yes, twisted pair - only FTP, ground the screen and lightning protection too.
Well, or an option for "hand over the object": www.iek.ru/products/catalog/detail.php?ID=9187

Get a PoE powered IP camera. In a simple way - power and picture go through one ordinary computer cable.
The outer cable - black with a diameter of 6 mm - will either hide in the joint between the bars, or will not hit the eyes.

There is a cable type KVK for outdoor installation, if your camera has a power supply of 12 ... 24V, then it is quite a suitable option. If the building is one-story, then the wire can be laid along the junction of the roof and wall.
