suburban automation with video

Good day I had
an idea to hang out in a fresh dacha (small) the beginning of a smart home
What is there:
tolerable 3G from MTS and a fairly stable 1-phase AC power supply :)
What you need:
video surveillance 2-4 points day / night (hard recording possible) (wired? wifi?)
access to this case from home via WEB (set video broadcast speed -> save traffic) sms
-alarm in some cases (for example, movement through camera No. x)
annunciator) with discrete inputs (some kind of sensors) and (relay?) outputs (pick up something like a contactor in the power board) and control via the web (alternate channel via sms)

Ideally, the scheme: antenna - usb-3G modem - control unit - isp. moustache

And so that with all this - not to breed a hellish collective farm. Moreover, the software collective farm scares me more than the hardware one. Well, as usual, it’s cheaper))

Firstly, I want advice on cameras from the fraternal Chinese Republic (infrared illumination, heating)
Secondly, ideas for something more specialized than RasberryPi as a router
Thirdly, advice on the software part (video , 3G and 100Mb of traffic per day - somehow they don’t combine without tricks)

There is a suspicion that the TK is not at all unique, but I didn’t find any ready-made solutions (all kinds of gsm modules separately, video is also separate, maximum camera + MMS), so I'm glad for interesting links (like this one )

Video surveillance is wired only. Almost any DVR from China can broadcast to the Internet. Issue price ~ $ 100.
GSM signaling can also be picked up within $ 100 + $ 1-30 for sensors.
The motion sensors in the cameras are just terrible. How many different did not test, none adequately worked. So it is better to install conventional motion sensors and door / window openings.
Calculate the price of the finished equipment and the price of the components that you want. I think with ready will be easier and more reliable.

here you need to take into account the fact that most likely the 3g modem does not have an external ip-address, which will cost extra money at best.
From Megafon, for example, only yuriks can buy it, it seems.
I collectively farmed on the basis of an old uninterrupted system unit, several ip-cameras and webcams around the house, via Webcam-XP. She both broadcasts and understands motion sensors and writes on FTP and works according to the schedule. In addition, it also sends a reaction to events to the majordomo smart home system.

If you are interested in the process and hardware - Vir2real .
Hardware encoder / decoder for a pair of digital cameras - just right.
They promise to make a module for connecting analog cameras in September, they are cheaper and can be spread throughout the dacha.
But this is pure DIY and handmade =)
