SocketIO - how to identify a user if there is no registration on the site, and he opens a 2...N window?
Good day to all! I ask you to suggest an idea, a solution, or just point your finger in the right direction on the designated issue. The bottom line is that there is no registration on the site, in fact, any person on it is a guest. At the moment, sockets are screwed to it to catch some user actions. So the question arises in such a way that suppose a person opens a 2...N tab, and how can I catch that this is not actually a new socket. I understand that it is possible by ip, but I decided to ask the question for the reason that I am not strong in socketio, and maybe I don’t know something. I tried using socket.id, but it generates a new unique key every time it is opened. Thanks in advance! I would be grateful for any of your advice)
