SNMP. Is it possible to diagnose WiFi interference?

The WiFi network disappears for a short time (1-3 minutes). The access points themselves work without interruptions. Communication failures only during the day. There is a suspicion that the neighbors are harming their microwave oven (office building).
Can SNMP diagnose interference? Before disturbing many neighbors from above, below, on the sides, I would like to find technical confirmation, albeit indirect.

Not really an answer - I use such an inSSIDer cartoon, it shows a graph of the density of using the WiFi range. How many more clients, what interference, grid names, power in dB.
