How to implement a smart autoresponder? For example, the first message is assigned a unique number, your message is accepted and its number is written. The second and further nothing is answered, messages are connected thanks to the number.

Usually this is done by means of other software, and not by means of e-mail. For example, System Center Service Manager. Of course, letters are sent by e-mail, but the logic itself is not built in it.
