Slows down Ready NAS 102 Netgear on LAN?

On board NETGEAR Readey NAS 102. Is a file storage network. For some reason, when I go to the folder where there are programs, the folder is very slow, its "scanning" generally hangs for a couple of minutes, the icons of the executables are not displayed, I have to wait 2-3 minutes. If on a computer-client I cut off an antivirus - there is no sense. If I make a file storage of programs on a regular Windows computer in a local network, everything comes in and reads instantly..
