After they locked my Skryl card without warning, which I used for Upwork, the question arose of how to get money out of there. Locked because all the cards of users living outside the SEPA zone were locked. Now the question is how to get money out of a Skrill account.
There were 4 thoughts (in order of priority):
1. Order a Visa Unembossed card from some bank with dollar ATMs. And there. But there are a couple of points - how long will I receive a card while living in the region, how will the bank react to such a receipt of funds?
2. A new opportunity has appeared - a ruble transfer to an account in a Russian bank. Who has ever tried? Do banks react normally to the arrival of money from Skrill?
1+2 = I don't like it for personal reasons, so a couple more:
3. Through triple conversion, steal money to Pioneer. Probably expensive (how much?) And already from there to shoot. Again, I don't know how it works.
4. Through an exchanger in PayPal. But the first exchanger I came across (in the Russian Federation) said that he would hold the money for 10 days, and would ask me for supporting documents. In general, this is doubtful.
I think it would be necessary to catch up to NG, because with such innovations, it seems to me there is a real risk that they will generally close for nothing.

Withdrawed $1k to an alpha bank account without any problems. But that was a long time ago. And if the bank asks, it is enough to show an invoice or contract to justify the amount.

1. You can get several currency cards in different banks and withdraw to them. There should be no apparent regularity in payments (different amounts and date of withdrawal).
2. If you have a ruble card in the same bank, you can transfer money to it. Including credit. If there is no debt on a credit card, you can also withdraw cash from it without interest.

The question remains - how will a bank in the Russian Federation react to the arrival of a little less than 1000 rubles from Skrill? And if it's bad, then what to do about it?
