How to live without Tinypass?

Hey!
We recently registered with Tinypass to receive donations with auto-renewal for the needs of our magazine. Yes, here's the thing: tinipass stopped verifying new accounts and cannot say how long this will last. As I understand it, this is due to large infrastructural changes inside the Piano-Tinypass.
Actually, readers are still asking for an auto-renewable donation, but we physically cannot do this without a tinipass, which means we are losing a lot of money (big money within a tiny magazine).
I searched Google for a system for accepting donations with auto-renewal, but most use Stripe (GivingFuel for example) and as far as I know - Stripe is not available in the Russian Federation. PayPal requires a business account for the auto-renewal option (and we are individuals and for the sake of 10,000 per month we are not ready to start an individual entrepreneur).
In general, I have been trying to find an answer for a week, but I have not found it. Help, who knows.
