Hello, I need your help. I received a letter from paypal with the following content
. Is it necessary to pass this verification so that I can withdraw money from paypal? And as far as I know, if I verify my account, then it will be banned, since I am a citizen of the Russian Federation, or am I mistaken?

This is described in the Paypal FAQ .
- To withdraw funds from Paypal, you need to verify your account. You will also need a verified bank account that is linked to your account.
- "Citizens of the Russian Federation" Paypal, of course, does not ban for the mere fact of this. How do you "know" such nonsense? They can ban you if you tried to create an account with false data, for example, you did not indicate your real name, or you, in fact, are not a citizen of the Russian Federation, but a citizen of some other country, and you only pretend to be a citizen of the Russian Federation.
