Size of Exchange 2010 mailbases? Who lives with what?

Good afternoon!
It would be desirable to specify who with what size of a DB works? and what inconvenience causes.
And is it also used with options with a network online archive?
I have 3 Exchange 2010 databases with a size of 600GB each, the management does not allow a hard limit on the size of the letter. And also deleting old letters is prohibited, only at the discretion of customers. Accordingly, now I will introduce Online Network Archives, the reason was the following - if a 600GB database crashes, it takes a very long time to restore it using eseutil.
Who else has encountered what and what volumes does it store?

See products for archiving (not backup) mail - usually not cheap, but severely reduces the size in production.
