Unfortunately, the popular free utility DkimSigner still does not support MS Exchange 2019. And even the proposed fork for version 2019 CU1, unfortunately, does not save the situation:

Tell me, how can I implement DKIM on my Exchange 2019 for free? Are there any options besides deploying postfix?

In the last 8 hours, 1 more fork has appeared that already supports my version.
