Sitemap crashed after changing permalinks, how to fix it?

Hello!
After changing the permalinks from
index.php/%category%/%postname%/
to
/%category%/%postname%/
Sitemap created with the Yoast SEO plugin remains on the path site.ru/index.php/index_sitemap.xml
How to return it to the root of the site?
There are no map files in the root of the site, there are no folders like /content/upload/ either.
Removing the plugin did not help, all settings are stored in the database.
