Site position parser in google search results (SEO, SERP)?

Please tell me what methods exist at the moment to parse google search results for keywords.
The task is something like this: There is an array of words that need to be searched, and then, based on the results obtained, for each keyword, determine the position in the search results. Accordingly, it will help to track the effectiveness of SEO optimization for free.
It’s clear how to implement this, but it’s not clear how to bypass the recaptcha protection and not sleep in front of Google.
I want to make a small service like https://serpapi.com for myself. I wonder how they do it (proxy, browser emulation)? Although even so, you can still run into a captcha or a ban.
Also tried Google custom search api, but it produces very different results from the original Google.
PS: I'm looking for a free solution . All services that provide this kind of service cost pretty decent money, and their functionality is too fancy for me. I just need to determine positions for myself by keywords (let's say 50 pieces a day).

50 keys per day of course you can and for free. just make no more than 1 request per minute (total 1440 per day). and so, if volumes are needed, this is done through a proxy. Browser emulation is not required and that's how it works. but if it's easier for you to do it, then it will be even better.
