Why doesn't the G+ button work?

I added the Google+ button to the site, it seems to be all right, not recently I checked the functionality from the phone, the button is pressed and displays a message about sending the record, but after the page is refreshed, the button returns to the unpressed state, and the post is not sent either. What could be the problem?
