C# How to organize the search and get images on the Internet by name?

Welcome all. Can you please tell me how to organize the search for images on the Internet using C#? Let's say I have a string "Airplane". How can I find a picture by the name "Airplane" in Google or Yandex and get it? Like the first one you see?

You can parse search results pages and download images. And you can also use api from Yandex and Google, but I'm not sure about that
