Remote access

The task is such, on the server computer there is a need to provide a workplace for three people. Access to the workplace is provided remotely through Radmin. Accordingly, each individual needs their own working environment and so that they do not interfere with each other. The computer is powerful, it will pull everything.
Please advise how it can be implemented? Some simple and convenient option is desirable

1. ASTER is a program (and only a program!) that allows several users to work with one computer as freely as if each had a separate personal computer.

Look for something like "windows 7 terminal server". And then, through rdesktop, let them connect under their accounts.
Radmin is not your assistant here, anyway
