No access to the server, but there is an internal ping?

Hello, I have a windows server 2008 R2 (64) that has FTP and a database (MS SQL) on it.... All of a sudden everything is gone and writes no access, the server itself stopped pinging +, accordingly, the application has no access to the database and no access to ftp... You can’t connect to it via RDP, you can’t connect to it through Radmin either... But by some miracle it connects through TeamViewer... There is access to the Internet from the server itself, ipconfig - it says the correct information (the static ip is the same)... On I checked the viruses, called the provider who has the VPS, says that they checked everything normally. Overload, disable the firewall, antivirus - tried ... What could be?
