Which cloud provider to choose in Ukraine?

Hello, there was a need to launch a web application for Ukraine. For Russian clients, I have it deployed on the basis of Yandex cloud, and in principle there are many alternatives in Russia - Selectel, SberCloud, Mail, Megafon, etc., but I cannot find such providers in Ukraine. Russian solutions are likely to be slow, as the servers are located on the territory of Russia, so the question is: what alternatives are there for Ukraine?
I will need to create two machines on Ubuntu, Postgres and Redis as services /
(AWS and GCP are quite expensive, so I do not consider them)

In Ukraine, ILV does not work, use any major non-Ukrainian or non-Russian provider. DigitalOcean for example

1. You can just look at large local Internet providers that also provide virtual machines. There is no such cool cloud API as in large AWS, GoogleCloud, Hetzner, DigitalOcean, just banal VPS
But they can be noticeably cheaper. You can look at the same adamant, lakinette. Convenience that you can come to the office on foot and snitch / negotiate.
2. You can look in Europe. Traditionally, trans-trunk channels to Europe (Frankfurt am Main) were both thicker and "closer" in hops than in the Russian Federation, so look for something there - Hetzner, DigitalOcean, etc

Clouds are expensive in any case - and Russian ones are not cheaper than conventional AWS. If you can’t clearly answer for yourself why you need a cloud, and not a sufficiently productive VPS, take a better VPS, it will turn out many times cheaper.
