How to connect to ipv6 via putty via ssh?

If you just enter the address in the ip field, then a network error pops up. Are there any options?

Quoting from the PuTTY documentation
The default setting is `Auto', which means PuTTY will do something
sensible and try to guess which protocol you wanted. (If you specify
a literal Internet address, it will use whichever protocol that
address implies. If you provide a hostname, it will see what kinds
of address exist for that hostname; it will use IPv6 if there is an
IPv6 address available, and fall back to IPv4 if not.)

This clearly indicates that it supports ipv6.
Since the cat wept for useful information in the question, the answer will be general. I suspect that ipv6 is not configured for you. Therefore, here are a couple of links for you (I didn’t read deeply, but should help):

Something like this:
How to configure IPv6 on Windows can be read here: argon.pro/blog/2010/06/ws2008-ipv6-implementation
It is enough to achieve the appearance of a link-local address on the interface and correctly register the route to the device you want to connect to and that's all will work (provided that the device you are connecting to has L2 connectivity with your machine).
