502 Bad Gataway, how to fix?

Hello, let me know right now. that he tried to find answers in the search both in Runet and on foreign resources, but alas, he did not find anything sensible.
uptime :

10:33:18 up 1 day, 11:24, 1 user, load average: 0.00, 0.00, 0.00

in the top, the fail2ban-server process flickers , as I understand it, this is a means of protecting against unnecessary traffic.
apache2/error.log/ :
eAccelerator: Unable to change cache directory /var/cache/eaccelerator permissions

nginx/error.log :
2015/03/14 10:35:10 [error] 1607#0: *185591 recv() failed (104: Connection reset by peer) while reading response header from upstream, client: *.*.*.*, server: site.ru, request: "GET /favicon.ico HTTP/1.1", upstream: "http://127.0.0.1:8080/favicon.ico", host: "www.site.ru", referrer: "http://www.site.ru/folder/1344"

nginx/access.log :

*.*.*.*- - [14/Mar/2015:10:38:52 +0300] "GET /folder/script.php?query HTTP/1.0" 499 0 "-" "-"

It's not about "URLGrabber" is it?
I would be glad to help, and also if you share your experience on how you deal with similar phenomena.

So, how can you get through to the bekenade with your hands? Is it running at all?
Show the output of the commands:

ps aux | grep apache
netstat -ntpua | grep 8080
curl http://127.0.0.1:8080/

Are the backend logs full? Is that all that flickers in the errors?
