Simple open-source blog template on ASP.NET MVC 4 or MVC 5?

I'm trying to find a simple blog platform template that would implement the basic registration/authorization functionality and the ability to add articles through the admin panel and view them. Basically, nothing else is needed. Then I would already add everything you need yourself. I found options only for outdated MVC 2 or overly fancy and overloaded templates. I don't want to write everything from scratch. Anyone who has already developed a blog based on templates, could you tell me where to find such an uncomplicated ASP.NET MVC4/MVC5 template .

Searched did not find. I wrote to myself in Ci. There is october.cms but it didn’t suit me, it’s based on Laravel, but there are still a lot of bells and whistles. On Сi, for example, on an average hosting, my page is generated in 0.05 seconds.
