What is a very simple CMS with only content management?
There is a website made in the WYSIWYG WEb Builder 10 (great thing, unlike 99% of other website builders). It is necessary to display news (blog) on one of the pages of this site. The constructor has very primitive functionality for such tasks, but it is too primitive.
There is a page with news, all its design is made in WWB. But you need to make sure that the news block is dynamic, that is, it is displayed through the CMS (it's not a problem to embed a frame). Thus, from the CMS you need:
- adding materials with visual editing of the design
- pagination of materials, that is, for example, there are maximum 5 news on 1 page, when creating the 6th it is automatically placed on another page
That's it! No other features needed!
Please tell me how this can be done?
PS There is Joomla, used for other tasks. Maybe zip from there? But still too heavy system.

I would then recommend Grav.
A very simple CMS, while Flat cms is rapidly gaining popularity.
It has already been translated into Russian by these guys gravcms.ru
Official website getgrav.org
Advantages:
Unfortunately the answer is belated.
WYSIWYG WEb Builder is better than Grav, WWB is a visual builder.
WYSIWYG WEb Builder is currently under active development. We improved the CMS, taught many tools to work through the admin panel. Version 16 under CMS already has blog and editable content features. There is an alternative solution, much more interesting than the default, extension in Russian and English, works in WYSIWYG WEb Builder 14, 15 and 16 publishes news automatically when an article is published. The extension is manageable, you can draw a conclusion in the order of writing articles, frequently visited, enable / disable, display a specific article.
You can look at the forum https://www.wysiwygwebbuilder.com/forum/viewtopic....
Or from the author of the extension https://help-it.mk.ua/extension/blog.php
