Greetings. The inhabitants of the house had an urgent need to organize themselves, because. their home is threatened with demolition, which they do not want. Some kind of self-organization tool via the Internet is required. It should be as convenient as possible for people with a low level of computer literacy.

In the beginning, I thought about some kind of community organizing tool , but I realized that I needed something like redmine with an emphasis on discussions and several times simpler.

Ability required:
1) The system must be in Russian
2) Registration must be simple (ideally, with openid support)
3) It must be free or cheap (prices are based on an individual, not a legal entity)
3) Must be able to upload files
4) You need a good communication module (such as a forum) with email notification, ideally with the ability to respond by email.
5) A plus will be: a list of contacts, a task manager

I have already looked closely at workmate . It is very good and meets almost all criteria, but at first glance it gives the impression of a raw product.

I really would not want people with a low level of computer literacy to be involved in a beta test of the service instead of saving their home.
