Simple bug tracker or ticket system?

We need a simple system for fixing bugs, attaching the responsible user to the bug ticket, comments, and most importantly, the ability to create various custom fields in the ticket template. Preferably opensource.

long and successfully used Trac (http://trac.edgewall.org/) - free, flexible system, there are many plugins + the ability to write your own in Python.

For the set, there is also Eventum.
I've been using it for quite some time myself. I had the main criterion - that users could easily open tickets via e-mail.
And for more technical stuff, I would recommend Trac.

We have been using trac for a long time. There is everything you need. Custom fields can definitely be added, checked.

There is nothing better than JetBrains YouTrack. We all wrote with boiling water when they crossed over. True, the transition was from the terrifying jTrac.
Although not for thanks, it works.

If you want bells and whistles and customization, look towards Jira. For open projects, you can get faces for free. Up to 5 people the price is quite ridiculous 10$. About medicines and other nonsense - I did not tell you.
