What do you need to feel comfortable in a project team?

Hello,
Let's act out the situation. You find yourself in a new IT company that regularly has new short-term projects lasting 1-3 months. You are already being prepared to enter another new project that starts in a couple of days.
Available roles:
- Front-end developer
- Web programmer (php, java, ror)
- Tester
What do you need to provide to perform your specialized work in the project?!
What will help you do your tasks better and more efficiently?
Thanks in advance for the feedback.
P.S. The question is designed for people who are fairly boiled in project activities. I collect with the aim of doing better, higher, more beautiful. It’s not nice when teammates are not comfortable working (believe me, they don’t talk about it even if you ask directly)

A person comes to a project or company not only for money, but also for experience in work, management, problem solving, and so on. Therefore, in second place after money, or rather on an equal place with them, you can put your personal opinion and participation in solving incoming tasks, compiling tasks, design, and so on. If a person just silently codes, then he will get tired of it and leave. Let people lead at least themselves and the team. I do not mean to make them leads, but everyone is to some extent a manager who participates in rallies and whose opinion is listened to. Well, you can still have food at the expense of the company and barbecue. Enter a methodology such as SCRUM. So that employees get used to it immediately. For positions from senior and above, it is important to know and understand the production processes and methodologies.

You don't need anything :)
Excellent workplace, adherence to a normal work schedule, positive mood and friendly attitude between team members, your personal interest in the project as a leader, a clear vision of the final result, your willingness to turn a blind eye to shortcomings and your ability to apply occasionally and to the point the whip method works wonders and you end up rolling out a release in spite of the difficulties.
I disagree with some of the statements.
Isolation - there are people who are able to qualitatively solve a wide range of problems.
Changes - not everyone is afraid of them, but you can work with those who are afraid.
Extra responsibility - if a person / employee / partner is focused on results, he will care about everything.
And in general, people give very interesting answers.
