Ideally, the project should already be 'dockerized'.

There are so many of them :) OTRS, Mantis, Bugzilla, Redmine
PS: Clouds are no longer fashionable. Now it is fashionable to shove docker-shmoker, kuber-schmuber into every hole, where it is necessary, and even more where it is not necessary ...
