Ticket system with such functionality, who will tell you?

To support users, we need a ticket system, now I’m looking towards glpi, but I’m not sure that there is such functionality there:

  • the ability to redirect the request to another user with a description of the reason for the redirection.
  • save redirect history
  • displaying this redirect history and reasons for all users who have access to this ticket

I understand that you can just put it and test it, and I will do it in the end, but suddenly someone already knows the answer.

Each user can be given the right to change the purpose of the ticket and/or change the category.
Inside the application, the history of actions is written (can be edited only through the DBMS).
You can leave comments inside the application (can be edited or deleted only through the DBMS or if the user has rights to edit applications).
There is a paid version with advanced functionality, but the described functionality is available in the "basic package".
