Postal address with hidden sender addresses?

Hello!
There is a domain xxx.yyy and a mailing address on it [email protected]
Potential customers can send service requests to [email protected]
A "black box" is needed:
p.1 all contact details of clients are completely removed from incoming letters
p.2 the secretary transfers impersonal client requests to managers
p.3 if necessary, managers / secretary can clarify the data with the client, but when answering, see p. one

How will you determine that there is contact information?
[email protected] - definitely soap
mylo @ nichego net - probably soap
mylo [woof] nichego.net - probably soap
mylo [gav] nichego [tochka] net - is that really soap?
