After changing three new phones, it turned out that the problem was in the Beeline SIM card - there are no such problems with MegaFon and TELE2. Beeline support can not say anything intelligible. After that, the SIM card seems to work, the network sees and all that, but it didn’t go to the Internet, well, no matter how.
As it turned out, there is a difference, I suspect the presence or absence of any pre-settings.
In short, the seller changed us like this two in a row and they didn’t work, then he found some one that worked, it was all with Megafon.
Why am I?

It happened when a SIM card (also Beeline) did not work with Nokia phones. The issue was resolved by replacing the SIM card with another, working one, from the same operator.
