How to change the font size (caller name) on the incoming call screen in Android?

Prehistory: Dad bought himself a smartphone and decided to slowly join the world of Android, but there is a problem. Vision is no longer perfect and I want the text to be larger, especially with incoming calls. Does anyone have experience with such manipulations? Many thanks in advance to everyone!

Given:
Alcatel 6030D
Android 4.1.1
No root
If someone calls, the name of the caller (for example, Ivan Ivanov) is displayed in very small print.

Required:
Increase the font.
It is very desirable without rutting and long dances with a tambourine.

Tried:
Set the largest font in the screen settings,
Check the giant font in special options,
Some kind of software to increase the font size.

Idea to fix this case:
Make a script that generates pictures for contacts, where there will be a large contact name (but hands have not reached yet and this seems to be an extreme method)
