What is the Android application for building maps of the area moving around them using GPS?

Good afternoon, tell me please, there is a task to build a specific map of the area, i.e. display roads, paths, buildings, various objects, etc.

The problem is that these objects are in the forest, so the satellites will not help. I wonder if there is any such application on Android by launching which I could start creating a map while moving around the area.

For example, I will create a certain layer - Paths, and include a record of my movement in the application, and I myself start walking along the paths.
Next, some layer of the Building type, and I also walk past the buildings, and at a certain moment, by clicking in the application, it would create some kind of mark on the current coordinates, or even build polygons according to my actions

Write tracks, upload to JOSM, edit OSM.
If you really want to edit OSM from your phone, there is OsmAnd with a live subscription.
But JOSM is more convenient.

You just need a soft tracklogger that can record a track and put marks. For example OSMTracker. The result can be uploaded to gpx and then used.
